Hotel Policy :

1) Early check-in & late check-out are subject to the availability of rooms and it will be chargeable.  
2) Restaurant timing:- Breakfast- 8:00 am - 10:30 am ,Lunch- 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm ,Dinner- 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
3) Driver Accommodation: Not available but charges for food shall be extra
4) Valid ID Proof is compulsory above 6 years for all the guests at the time of check-in (Ref: Govt Timeline). *** PLEASE NOTE- No food shall be served later than the timing mentioned above. Please strictly adhere to the above.

Cancellation Policy :

# Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to the date of check-in, 90 % of Total amount would be refunded to the customer.
# Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to the date of check-in, 50 % of Total amount would be refunded to the customer.
# Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.
